Clean Harbors Trainer- Incineration Ops in Kimball, Nebraska

We Build with Passion - Clean Harbors Kimball, NE Incineration unit is seeking a Trainer- Incineration Ops who will train/mentor new and existing employees for the Rotary Kiln Incinerator (Train 2) . This is a full-time, permanent position with our Company in Kimball, NE . $30 + per hour DOE, paid weekly .

Monday-Friday 5:30AM – 2:30PM . NO NIGHT SHIFTS OR HOLIDAYS!

  • Teach employees multiple task according to site specific SOPs.

  • Create, edit, and review Standard Operating Procedures + Job Hazard Analysis specific to area of operation

  • Perform weekly Standard Operating Procedure audits

  • Conduct hands-on training sessions within the facility, including but not limited to new hire practical, single and 5-gas monitors, and mobile/lift equipment.

  • Maintain training records

  • Other duties as assigned

  • HS Diploma or equivalent

  • Basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills pertaining to pumps, valves, conveying systems, overhead crane operations, tank farm operations, and baghouse systems

  • Equipment operation including forklifts, aerial lifts, excavators, vacuum trucks, front end loaders, and skid-steers - Preferred

  • Previous experience in an industrial atmosphere - Required

  • Proficient with Windows-based computer applications

  • An excellent commitment to Health & Safety

  • Excellent communication and organization skills

  • Ability to work in team environment

  • Valid US DL required
